"First Lady at the desk was rude and dismissive from the start and straight up walked away without saying anything. This then turned into a 25-30 minute wait with nobody at the front desk to assist. "Bed bugs. My adult son was bit up pretty good. I have pictures. No one assisted us to bag up our clothes and belongings that were there. No one came up to the room to start bagging up the bedding or anything. I had to pay to use the commercial washer and dryer to wash the clothes that were in the room. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was not there, but they would have him contact me. Nothing yet. We should be reimbursed for our stay to say the least."

"Clean rooms and basic amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and abundant. Breakfast is as basic as it gets and doesn’t offer any fresh fruit or a variety of pastries."

"Very quaint but modern accommodations, very comfortable bed, and the shower is fabulous. The only complaint we had was road noise, which being on the main road is unavoidable. Otherwise, would highly recommend this hotel. Easy access and wonderful place."
