"When i went to breakfast still way before serving stopped, most of the containers were empty. The staff person advised she would be refillling. After having checked once, after over thirty minutes, i needed to leave. Disappointing. Our TV didn't work and the front desk was advised. The guy came and got our TV and brought another which did not work. After two more tries of bringing non-working TV's, he was frustrated, mumbling and cussing under his breath, we told him to forget about it. We did not want an angry person in our room!!! Another disappointment. I will say that the front desk staff were very nice"

"Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. Much appreciation for the hospitality!!"
