"This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Arluxia. The location was perfect, a two minute walk to Ponsonby Rd and all it has to offer, and we went down to the Viaduct for an evening, less than a 10 min drive. Amenities we loved; parking, laundry, kitchenette setup (kettle, mini fridge, utensils, dishware, microwave, sink, Nespresso machine…) The view from our room was great, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck while taking in the view. "Sofitel Aukland Viaduct is in a great location for experiencing the harbor life of Aukland. The staff is awesome, especially in the welcome lounge, which is quite a different experience than a typical standing desk. The room was cleaned regularly including more than expected and the supplies of coffee and tea was superb."

The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were spotless, well designed and comfortable. We were able to leave a full suitcase at the hotel during the rest of our travels which was very helpful. "
