"We usually stay once a month for 3-4 nights. I absolutely loved our room on the 10th floor this time. The shower pressure was so high and nice. The room was very clean. My complaint was our neighbors were soooo noisy and we could hear all their conversations and visitors through the connecting door. Also the beds in this room were not the normal soft ones. The pillows were thin and hard also."

"I was initially given a terrible room. The door was in the elevator lobby! The room was small, dark, and had a bit of a smell. I went back to the front desk and said it was unacceptable. The lady at the desk said it might be difficult to move me, because they were full, but she looked at it for quite a while and was finally able to change me to a normal room. I very much appreciated her efforts.
That room was much better, but truly, this hotel needs some work. It gives an old, worn impression...

The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. When I called about it they only authorized 20,000 points.
