"From the moment we walked into the Grand Hotel yesterday to the moment we left, everything was absolutely first class. The service was spot on, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience felt really special.
We were offered the option to upgrade to a junior suite, which we took—and wow, it was out of this world. The room was stunning and made the stay even more memorable.
Honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. We’ll definitely be booking again and I’d highly recommend it...

"Beautiful hotel slightly disappointed to have not been in the main building but an extension at the back looking at the pictures you assume your room is in this lovely graded historical building and I certainly would not have paid this price for a deluxe room as it was small if I had known."
