Hotel is in a good location ( near train station ) + local buses for travel all around the west midlands and beyond. Hotel is clean and quiet. You really do not interact with staff as they are only there ( if needed) upon check in.

Hemos estado 1 familia de 4 en una misma habitación, todo muy limpio, camas y alhohadas COMODÍSIMAS, desayuno super completo. Zona muy tranquila. Justo delante hay un parking muy económico. Muy buena comunicación tanto en coche como bus. Zona de tiendas muy cerca. Sin duda repetiremos seguro, en nuestra próxima visita a UK.....repetiremos hotel!!!!
