"Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a good range of food items. Room is compact and comfy with a handy kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hob, sink and dishwasher. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Fire alarm went off 5am and everyone had to get up and leave the bustling because there was a police incident. No communication from staff or updates. Managed to get back to sleep then went for breakfast 9:45am, exhausted, and they closed it down so didn’t get to have any food. Given whole hotel had been woken they could at least have ensured breakfast remained open for guests. Shocking"

"Super hotel. Amazing value for money, great team."

"It was nice and clean ."

"Large room and comfy bed. Hotel as a whole is due a renovation or the rooms at least. Room felt quite grotty and really needed a deep clean. "Very central, perfect for a weekend getaway with plenty of shops and bars nearby. New street station is also right around the corner. I do advise to bring your own hairdryer as most of them which you get at the reception are usually taken. It is also quite noisy until about midnight due to pubs around. Otherwise, good hotel and friendly staff."

"Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park. The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping."

"Great location, excellent staff and a good breakfast. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Also theatre nearby."

"Perfect for overnight stay before flight"
