"I liked the place that the hotel was situated by the lake. The clean room , the helpful staff and the specious and close by parking, very easy to get into the hotel.
Could do with some box of tissues in the room and an extra chair( there was only one chair for 2 people...)
Thanks for the gift of a bottle of wine and a packet of chips, but the staff have to you know that there is a gift in the room..."

"Apartment was great, amazing views across the lake.
A bit confusing trying to collect the key and parking, but we got in after a while.
Bit pricey as only had 1 bathroom, but it was easter weekend, so we had to make it work for us."

"On arrival was told the restaurant would not be open during our stay, but we could order in however no facilities in the room ie plates, knives and forks! We ate out. No hangers in room and possums IN the roof, no sleep. Changed rooms, no possums but 4 coat hangers whoop whoop! Maleny was lovely but would not stay at Tranquil Park again."

"I had a mixed stay.
The good? The staff are lovely overall.
The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.
The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...
