"The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. "Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. "Excellent customer service at check in. Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking. There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded. Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used. Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great. "Lovely hotel "

"Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hallways are showing their age, but the rooms have been reasonably recently renovated so nice. Could hear people in the hallway which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly if a little tired (was a busy time). Breakfast was okay but very busy."
