Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me.

만족스런 호텔 훌륭 합니다.
가격대비 좋은 호텔 입니다. 가지수가 많지는 않지만 내 개인적인 취향 달지 않고 담백한 음식이 좋았습니다. 다소 좁긴 했지만 문제가 되지는 않았어요. 시내와는 조금 거리가 있지만 비슈케크가 작은 도시다 보니 그것도 괸찮았어요. 다시갈 의향이 있습니다.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bishkek
Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way. That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.

Pros: Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and nice size room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Cons: air conditioner made some weird noises throughout the night. The hotel is pretty far from the city center.

Enjoyed my stay at Futuro. Stayed 4 nights. Clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location was a bit out of the way but I like walking so I got used to it. The supermarket right next door was really convenient though.

A hotel which cares
Every element of the stay was perfect, and especially the attitude of staff. They were truly attentive, caring, proactive in their desire to accommodate the needs and wishes. A very nice touch is 24h availability of tea/coffee and snacks. Breakfast was tasty and appropriately diverse for the size of the hotel. Really nothing negative or mediocre to point out. I wish big brand hotels would be like that. Relative remoteness from the city centre is easily compensated by the more affordable price than of the central hotels. And taxis are cheap and readily available.

지금까지 약 40개국을 여행했는데 시설, 스태프 모든 부분이 TOP5 안에 들 정도로 정말 좋은 곳이었어요. 호텔 근처에 도보 5분 거리에 큰 마트와 은행이 있고, 시내까지 2달러 정도 지불하고 택시타고 갈 수 있어요. 결벽증이 있나 싶을 정도로 방과 화장실이 너무나 깔끔했어요. 스태프는 항상 친절하고 따뜻한 차와 커피를 주었고, 아침식사 또한 너무 훌륭했습니다. 새벽 비행기라 얼리 체크아웃을 했는데 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 아침식사를 방까지 가져다주었고, 알람콜까지 해주셨습니다. 키르기스스탄에 또 간다면 무조건 다시 여기 묵을 겁니다.

ホスピタリティを感じる接客で良かったです。ただレセプション以外では英語は通じません。 長旅の疲れで脂濃いものを避けるためルームサービスで蒸し野菜を頼んだのに炒めた野菜が来たのはいただけませんが、それ以外は満足でした。

Great small but well-run hotel
Great small hotel, modern and bright. Very comfortable matrass, excellent service from the staff, friendly and efficient. It was so good that I extended my stay. Different items each day for breakfast, excellent bed quality, clean hotel and also a very well run hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Utmärkt hotell!
4 nätters vistelse på ett absolut toppen-hotell. Hade inte väntat den standarden i en stad som Bishkek, men blev positivt överraskad. Utmärkt transport från/till flygplatsen, vänlig och serviceinriktad personal, bra rum med allt man behövde och bra läge inte långt från centrum av staden.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Room was comfy, everything worked well, and the breakfast was way above average. Staff was super-friendly (one asked me if I wanted a coffee every time I came back from a day out.) Would stay again.

Этот отель как оазис в Бишкеке, в плане сервиса, удобства и компетентности персонала. Хороший и сытный завтрак. Я заказала 3 ночи с разных сайтов, поэтому не было бесплатного трансфера до аэропорта, но это не проблема. Единственный минус- расположение. Далеко от центра в частном секторе.

ビシュケクでコスパに優れた良宿
ビシュケク中心地からは少し距離がありますが、格安で、お部屋もかなり綺麗です。ヤンデックスタクシーを使えば中心地まで100スムもかからず移動できます。 皆さん英語が上手で、コミニュケーションもばっちり取れます。朝食も美味しく、文句の付け所がありませんでした。

This is the a very nice hotel compare to many hotels in Bishkek. Every thinks clean, tide. Most there is staffs are very friendly and kind. And for breakfast food is fresh and different in every day. Overall I enjoyed in this hotel.

Останавливался в Футуро и ранее - около 5-6 раз. Один и с семьей. Все всегда устраивало и особенно соотношение цена-качество. Но в этот раз все было по-другому. К сожалению, я отравился в одном из популярных кафе города. Находясь в очень слабом состоянии после посещения клиники, я забронировал номер в Футуро онлайн. Затем, за 20 минут до приезда я позвонил в отель и попросил приготовить мне куриный бульон к моему заселению объяснив причину. Приехав в отель, меня очень быстро заселили, а в номере меня ждал тот самый куриный бульон и чай с вкусным печеньем. Я готов был оплатить услуги ресторана, но управляющая настояла на том, что это комплимент от отеля, а мне нужно скорее поесть и отдыхать. Но моему удивлению и восхищению не было предела, когда в номере я обнаружил вот такую записку (см. фото). По роду своей работы я очень часто путешествую. Я испытывал идеальный клиентский опыт в Японии, ОАЭ, РФ. Но этот идеальный опыт, который я испытал в Футуро просто бесподобен! Это действительно умение тонко почувствовать своего гостя и окружить комфортом и уютом в нужный момент. Браво Футуро, Браво!

My review would be divided in 3 categories; Good Bad and Ugly Ugly 1. They were not prepared for the cold weather. For more than 36 hours there was no hot water and no pressure 2. The location is bit away from the main activity areas Bad 1. Size of room is not very big, but its a comfortable room

Great hotel. Only negative is the distance from the centre of Bishkek but they do everything they can to alleviate this with free transfers into the centre. I do highly recommend the Futuro though. Staff are great as are rooms and breakfast.

Good stay at Futuro.
Very attentive staff. I arrived early in the morning along with another guest, and they did their best to check us in early. Very much appreciated. The breakfast has good options and all day coffee and snacks are available in the restaurant/cafeteria. Since they’re located a little out of the way, they provide free shuttle to/from the city center. That helped a lot. When I come back someday, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful hotel. The staff are so helpful. The breakfast is AMAZING. The hotel has coffee, tea, and baked goods available all day and night. The room is incredibly comfortable and spacious. Perfect place to stay in Bishkek.
