This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. "The hotel has a musty, muggy, old building smell when you first come in. Our room was muggy, the carpet felt nasty to walk on. But we think they had just steamed it and they left the air on fan so the carpet had not been able to dry. The mattress cover had stains on it and the bathroom has mold. We did not make it to breakfast but it is a very small food area. We were not informed of the breakfast times either. We stopped for coffee on the way out and the coffee was barely warm. "The ac in the room was off so it was hot as hell upon entry. Tv remote didn’t work. There was only 7 squares of toilet paper in the bathroom and no backup. Leftover trash from someone else by the bed."
