"There is no Spa. Our room was clean but only one towel ,cup for 2 people. No hairdryer in room. We booked including breakfast and then had to argue the point booking form said breakfast included but hotel said no. Also was given a 5 pound voucher for evening meal put voucher on table at start of meal and placed it on bar next to cash register to pay because we didn't actually hand voucher to cashier he refused to accept the voucher.
