I booked this hotel because it looked good value. I was very impressed with everything about it when I got there. Very large, beautiful bedroom and bathroom the place is full of character and the team are really attentive and friendly. Will not look elsewhere next time I’m back

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of town. Filippo was a great host and made sure everything was right for us during our 2 night stay. Highly recommended! We got a from the airport but got the train back which was inexpensive but slightly longer than the taxi! The property was an easy flat, pedestrianised walk away - around 20 mins.

Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying.

We had a lovely warm welcome from our hostess! We had a great room, very comfortable beds. A wonderful breakfast with homemade cakes and good quality coffee. It is a perfect location close to the station. Home from home feel, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The host was very welcoming and lovely. Room was well equipped, modern and clean, Location was convenient for getting around the main areas of the city. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Would recommend.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.

Really enjoyed our stay, very central location so was some noise but glazing amazing at keeping it to a minimum. Lovely room and balcony and such a nice area to make coffee and have a lovely little pastry. Would definitely recommend to others

Great for a short break, very central, spacious and clean, any longer I would Prefer a room a little balcony or window that doesn’t back onto another building. Would definitely use again

We have just spent 8 nights in the excellent apartment (Mondello) which is superior with city view & furnished balcony. Giuseppe kindly arranged both our airport transfers and the plans were perfect. Gianni sent me what’s app message a couple of days prior to arrival to agree meeting us at apartment with keys & answer any queries. Very helpful. Best possible location for city break. Apartment is in historic centre of Palermo next to Teatro Massimo. Just round the corner you have Via Maqueda...

Great location, lovely host and balcony

Accommodation, communication, cleanliness, comfort all impeccable - all modern commodities and tastefully decorated. It's more of a mini-apartment than a hotel room and way exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! The only criticisms I have are that we were not informed that there was no direct access by car to the hotel because they are currently resurfacing the street and that they only provided x1 keycard for the room and were told no when we asked for a 2nd card.

Pleasant surprise - huge rooms and an ideal location, walkable to the main strip but far enough to be peaceful.
