"The property was in the best possible location, walking everywhere was so easy. The staff were helpful and the room was well maintained and cleaned every day. The air conditioning was excellent. The shower was faulty and the water cold but that didn't worry us as it was so hot! Bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was OK - we don't have the sweet tooth as the locals seem to and so it was not to our taste but the range and quality very good."

"We thought the location great, and having the beautiful theater Massimo as prime view was wonderful! In the heart of historic Palermo, we could walk to prime sites easily. The hotel is not accessible by car, but small walking distance to first parking spots. We were able to park our car easily on public park meters and it wasn’t expensive, and no problem of safety (free public parking on Sunday). The rooms were beautifully decorated and sparkling clean.
