"Location was excellent - close to major sites, restaurants, shops, and about a 10 minute walk to train station. The property manager, Alyn, was very responsive, kind, and helpful. No front desk but communication via WhatsApp went well. Breakfast staff was nice too. Breakfast was very good - enough options to start the day with the option to have breakfast in your room or in communal area. "We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served).
