"The apartment was tired and broken, the walls dirty, kitchen draws broken, bed uncomfortable, no kettle, the bathroom was peeling, no alcohol permitted on the premises!! Beetles in the bathroom at night, we checked out a night early as the place was so depressing - I cannot understand how it has got such good reviews "

"The beds were comfortable and toilets were clean. The staff was also very attentive. The place has been well designed but isn't maintained well. The walls were very dirty and we had a problem with a bad smell coming out of one of the toilets. They tried to fix it and had to give us another room, which didn't have that problem. Other than this issue, it was a decenr place to stay. An overall clean would do wonders for this property. "

"Great location, next to Park Street Mews (Street lf entertainment- Restaurants, Bars), 3mins walk to Aprico Supercentre and some tourist attractions within walking distances. Clean, modern, presentable apartments. Nice (though small) rooftop infinity pool with beautiful views. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Jawfer from concierge speaks perfect English, even the guard and service guy can converse in basic english. Its a perfect home away from home."

"The hotel is outdated and is not cleaned properly. Had to change my room three times due to the windows being dirty, bathroom shower clogged, some balcony doors once opened could not be secured. We booked a one bedroom apartment but there were no crockery and cutlery which had to be requested. They said they could not provide any knifes for chopping or cutting. Beds were comfortable. "oltiin perheen kaa 8 yötä oli mahtavan ystävälinen henkilö kunta oli helppo tilata retki kohteisiin kuski suoraan heiltä.kaikki meni niin kuin pitikin .tilavat huoneet ja keittiö ja olohuone.suosittelen hotelia jo pelkästään henkilökunnan takia oli ystävälistä ja että kaikki on hyvin meillä. suomi vois ottaa mallia miten palvella asiakasta ilman että kelloa katotaan ja henkilökuntaa oli hyvin.
