"Super stay in the mountains. We arrived early and we’re able to check-in to an upgraded room because the hotel wasn’t busy. It’s not actually ski in/ski out but it’s not far to walk. The balcony is a sun trap and looks out on to the pistes. The restaurant had a good range of Bosnian and European food at very reasonable prices- handy as there are limited restaurants in resort. "I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming.
The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness.
