All in all I would stay there every time and give it 4 stars. "

"I always enjoy a visit to Tuscaloosa because the southern hospitality is so great here and this hotel was no exception. The staff were the friendliest people and our room was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. "

"So to start off the lady who checked me in was not very friendly. Didn’t say much she ask for my id and card didn’t tell me how much the deposit was going to be so I had to ask. Didn’t tell us what time breakfast hours were. She never smiled. So check in needs some work. Second thing was the back outside door that you were supposed to have a key to open was broken. What do you mean broken. I mean like all you had to do was pull the door to open without the key. It was me and my daughter traveling and they put us next to that door so it was nerve wracking. Three there were little pieces of trash around the room like they didn’t completely clean it. But I will say the lady who worked the front desk when checking out was super nice."
