Cari Cottage di Blackduck

"They were very prompt and helpful. When needed? Very pleasant. And knowledgeable during registering for the room. Thankful for their helpfulness and pleasant demeanor during our interactions. I will definitely stay there again."

"Clean rooms and the lady in the office was very helpful and kind. Would stay here again."

"Loved the lounge area for our larger group to have a space to gather in."

"I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t working and we were not told at check in !! We were hiking all day at Itasca Park and we looking forward to the hot tub. We would have went somewhere else."

"Amazing location"

"While the beds seemed clean, there were stains all over the carpet, chairs, and walls. There was also an overwhelming wet dog smell in the room. It was pretty uncomfortable to stay in the room because of these things."

"The tub surround of the shower area was moldy as well as the grout in between the tile. Some bleach and a scrub brush could be very helpful. The corners of the room had plenty of settled dust, dead bugs and hair – telling me that the room certainly wasn't deep cleaned in between guests."
