"We loved our stay at Llechwen Hall Hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are two steep steps to the restaurant that we couldn’t manage due to disabilities but the staff served us in the lounge area so not a problem. We can certainly recommend this Hotel."

"Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again."

"Excellent 2 night stay in Superior Room overlooking the fields. Massive room with air con, all facilities & amenities 10/10 - restaurant & breakfast top notch, patio area was great in the warm weather. By far the best hotel stay in the area, we’ve tried them all !"

"Very very basic hotel, and one I feel was over priced. Beer was flat in the bar, very little ventilation at in the room and felt like a bargain motel. I would not want to spend any longer than a night here and I wouldn't book it again."

"Possibly the best bed I've had in a hotel. Gym & pool were very well maintained, breakfast was excellent. We had a room with a balcony and the room itself was huge. No complaints, would stay again."

"Room was the worst I have ever stayed in , , cobwebs , along with the spiders in corner , bird droppings on window , stains on carpets & chairs , the furniture was worn and scratched , carpet a tripping hazard as all uneven , & not just in the room , the list goes on . I didn’t even use the tea and coffee in the room as the state of the room put me off using the kettle. I would’ve asked to be moved , but was only staying for 1 night , and judging by the corridors and stairways and the rest of...

"Lovely place to stay and staff were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyd the hearty breakfast. The location is great to travel by train in to Cardiff city centre. We will return and hopefully arrive earlier to fit in an evening meal - menu looked good."
