This is our 3rd consecutive year staying here, we've tried some of the others nearby, Pan Pacific Mountainside is the best. On the downside I booked almost a year in advance and asked for a quiet room away from the elevator but got one right next to the elevator and across the hall from a staff room which was constantly being opened and closed. "This is a true ski in ski out resort. They have hot chocolate right off the slope at the entrance to the hotel. Everyone on the staff has been extremely nice and accommodating.The number five bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes, which will take you anywhere you need to go in the village. Even let us extend our stay for one extra night at an incredible rate. That rate being lower than anywhere else on the web. Two large hot tubs are wonderful and the pool is heated as well year round. "My wife and two kids had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Village this past week. The rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Location was great, in the heart of the village but away from the loud nightclubs, ideal if you have small kids. Pool and hot tub were a great temp and never too crowded. Especially love how robes and slippers for kids are provided, just let the hotel know your kids age and they will provide the...

After a long drive decided to have dinner at the Hotel restaurant Quattro- Italian food after checkin and it was amazing followed by a soak in our room private hot tub. Definitely highly recommended we will be back for sure!"
