"The room was clean and well maintained.
It's a shame the pool is no longer in use.
All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bar food was good. Always a nice stay at the Imperial. Parking is expensive at £14 per night. Good position for using the tram which was £10 for 2 adults for a days travel."
"We really enjoyed our stay at The Park House Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, we had 2 double beds a table and 2 chairs, fitted wardrobes and the bathroom was equally as big. We had 2 large windows 1 with a sea view. The breakfast was really good too. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definately stay again."
"Second time visiting. Staff were very quick at dealing with our one minor complaint. Very friendly staff. Room we were a little disappointed (ground floor) as the view wasnt exactly what we expected to see (back yard) where the general public could access
Over all we enjoyed our stay and have booked up for next year"

"Stayed 3 nights mid week to the sat morning. Warm friendly welcome, breakfast was great spoilt for choice. Had eve ing meal there on 1st night theres not much choice but was ok plenty of other local places to eat but was convienant for 1st night. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Parking was good although charged at 13 a day they only charged us for 1 day as i think its mainly charged to discourage non guests from parking. There is limited free parking on the road outside to.
Will def stay again if we ever return to blackpool but will prob now choose a hilton over our other usual hotels elswhere."
