"The minute we walked into check in..Andy was the first member of staff we saw...he couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome over our 4day stay ..hes an excellent credit to mardi gras hotel n bar..our room was clean spotless very comfortable 👌 amenities was excellent too ..on site home made food 😋 👌 entertaintment was amazing 👏 had the best time all staff r courteous very friendly n just carnt do enough for you ...making the stay warm n welcoming..definitely recomend to family friends ..in...

"Lovely room beautiful breakfast and very friendly staff they excelled the place needs tidying up carpets etc they are doing a big renovation and making a grand job of it needs the stairlift fixing but overall a really good experience such a lovely friendly place "
