    Pooh in the toilet when we arrived . Beds uncomfortable headboard not attached properly so banged on the window every time i moved.

    Staff were lovely and really friendly. Room was great for everything we needed enough room for all the family. Loved the bar downstairs great addition to the hotel. Would book again. Thanks for a great stay

    The Hotel was horrible and 4 rooms having to share 1 toilet only a sink no hand wash I brought one myself I couldn't use the shower it was dirty people smoking outside the hotel cigarette buts outside the hotel throwing out on the steps of the hotel no heating in room no hand wash I brought my own very disappointing I would never stay there again .

    Very shocking

    They say there's no washing facilities but there is we was there for 7 days but they didnt change bedding and when looking out of our room window you could see into the other persons room but that was next doors hotel.the shower took ages to warm them got well hot like kettle hot water.i wouldnt recommend staying there and the price wasnt worth it for what they offer on the site.

    Get what you pay for

    Really small room matress has very much seen better days very strange smell throughout the hotel. The lady who worked there sat in the garden and watched us struggle to get in and make numerous phone calls to the owners to find out how to check in which was incredibly frustrating

    Totally unbelievable

    Over the last 20 years ive stopped at numerous hotels but this was disgusting on 1st night i complained and was told manager wasn't available but a text was sent to him to come and see me but that never happened i took pictures and felt i was totally ripped off words to describe are Disgusting filly embarrassing etc.

    The services offered on website and what we received were entirely different. Below average hotel with very limited space. The images of hotel on advertisement was not the real hotel except the room. Very poor quality for the money you spend.

    Even worse than I thought

    I read some of the reviews and I couldn't really believe it could be that bad, but it was even worse! I paid £160 for two nights in a room without a toilet or a shower. The check-in time was at 15.00 not 14.00 as the hotels.com said. I will recommend hotels.com to never let this hotel use your app.

    Unfortunately for us, we failed to read the previous reviews on this property as this was a late decision to stay in Blackpool during the first week of the UK summer school holidays. There are numerous issues with this accommodation, but to give other travellers the general gist - people staying here tend to be in the very low socio economic group with really poor habits and choices. The rooms, which were disgusting, dirty, unsanitary hotboxes smelt foul and had paper thin walls. Being in a party street, sleep was hard to come by and there were people partying till the morning EVERY NIGHT. No parking available

    The room had no toilet, no bath/shower, no wardrobe. T.V. did not work, people outside the hotel chatting all night. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Blackpoo in my lifetimel but this place was something else......

    We were not told that we were on the top floor , and the wife struggles with her mobility , so in fairness to the property they moved us to another room on first floor. Problem was that was the worst room i have stayed in in blackpool. It was ok just to get your head down
