The room was more like a a unemployed hotel it was poorly decorated and i got several bites on my head and neck i will not be returning to this hotel ever again.

Stay the hell away from this hotel......... Happy to share images and videos but this place was a disgrace, blood on curtains, holes in ceilings, crumbs in all the beds, dirty bedding. Never ever again, i am surprised wwe havent all caught something

Just perfect stay. Staff amazing made me feel welcome. Great pool table and the bedding was the best I ever seen in a hotel. Fantastic little hotel I would deffo recommend to anyone.

Once again very polite staff upon arrival. Made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy ! Brilliant night sleep. Room was warm. Had everything i needed. Will defo stay again when in blackpool. !! 5***** Brilliant value for money. Great work and keep it up

Cheap and cheerful hotel.. you get waht you pay for. Decent clean room with plenty of space and a decent size TV. Right next to the prom and free parking across the road.

Location is great. Hotel is good value for money. It is a budget hotel though and can be seen throughout, not a problem for myself but may be for others.

This Hotel room was dropping to bits, Bed fee was all chewed by what I could only describe is from a dog. Window broken wouldn't close resulting in it been freezing cold. The wall under the window was actually missing and bodged up with bits of plastix, carpet had holes and burns in, mattress had cigarette burns in. Bedding hadn't even been cleaned. Was sooo dirty. Radiotor was hanging off the wall. TV had been ripped off the wall and was just resting in the set of drawers. Wallpaper was hanging off in multiple places. Ceiling had holes in! Was so cold and damp. No heating at all. I know it was a last minute cheap booking. But I wouldn't even let my dog stay here. 🤔

Great place loved our stay here, nice big bar area with pool table our room was on point owners and staff go above and beyond had a good laugh with them too cheers Kirsty and Cheers Sterling for the drinks and hospitality defo coming here again.

Not an experience I want to repeat, we came for an overnight stay and to visit pleasure beach with my kids The carpet was ripped, the shower has big black dirt in it, there were just massive piles of dust etc. this hotel shouldn’t be allowed to open, ridiculously bad standards and not helpful staff

2025 couple stay

We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable. Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants) Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better. Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day. We will 100% book to come again and like to thank kirsty for the friendly welcome and being so kind.

Very run down, could feel every spring of the bed in my back (no exaggeration), paper thin walls, thin enough to hear a man verbally abusing his wife in front of their children somewhere else in the property (not sure where), terrible room ventilation, staff didn't seem to care it was a business and not a smoking patio centre.

I love this hotel before we got in our room we was warned that it may smell of paint which we was completely okay. Its cash only on arrival which i didn’t know so I contacted before hand and the manager managed to arrange it for me and go straight sleep that day and sort it tomorrow. It has honestly been amazing. Everything we needed we could ask for and they had it. The bar area is decent. Very close to all shops. Also the showers are good its Blackpool so you pay for what you get you have to run the shower first for a few minutes to get hot water but I don’t see that as a problem. Will definitely be coming back here!! Excited to see what is going to look like when its all done up.
