A most enjoyable long weekend stay with my family. I cannot fault any aspect of the Derby hotel. The hosts Ivan & Tim were very friendly & welcoming. Would definitely recommend the Derby as a great place to stay, five stars from the Milton family.

Lovely host. Super helpful. Great breakfast. Perfect location for the festival of running and a short walk or tram ride into the centre. Enjoyed our trip to Blackpool.

Quaint, traditionally run b&b

Ivan is a great friendly host, the hotel is a quaint traditional hotel. We stayed overnight and were made to feel welcome. Good breakfast too

Exceeded expectation

Spacious, well-presented room, with comfortable beds and sea view. Warm welcome from host and generous, well-cooked breakfast. Great location, and free parking on hand. Competitively priced. Will look to return for our next trip.

The owners are very friendly and have great knowledge of the area, they made us feel very welcome. The B&B is clean & the breakfast is really good, so much choice and they cater for vegetarians...would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel with great staff!

Ivan and the team were fantastic - very helpful on arrival, showing us to our room and the different features. Very clean in the room and throughout the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious! Really couldn't fault it, highly recommend to others

Great location next to sea front ,good value for money. Excellent choice for breakfast and the manager was brilliant to chat with , he was informative and could remember a lot of the history of Blackpool. I will definitely stay again .

Good hotel in good quiet location

The hotel is not a five star boutique if there are such things. This hotel is owned and operated by nice, genuine people who go the extra mile for their customers. I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country and Europe for work and have not often seen hoteliers that go to such lengths to look after their customers. Breakfast was very nice and was better and served hotter than the breakfasts we had paid £25 for the previous weekend.

Great hotel, stones throw from the beach

Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived till the day we left, Ivan was such a great host, he's full of laughter and makes time for all his guests, the breakfasts at amazing as are the evening meals, I can honestly say I would be back at the derby hotel again and would highly recommend it. Brilliant place to stay!!

Lovely, very welcoming guest house run fantasticly by staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and beautiful breakfast with lots of choice. Brilliant location and value for money. Will be staying again and would definately reccommend!
