"The property is empty student rooms that are advertised as double rooms they have a small double bed .. 1 desk chair .. a shared kitchen only 1 fridge working.. the building is unbearable hot .. shared lounge tv didn't work .. no ironing facilities... no kettles in the rooms .. doors dont lock automatically and they rattle in the wind .. no aircon .. very busy roadside location.. "This is our third time staying at this property. We enjoy the location, convenience and amenities of the property. It is an easy walk to most things and just off a main road (O’Connell Street). Rooms are fairly modern although depending on which room you receive it can be spacious and others more constrained (due to room shape). We love the included continental breakfast option and have enjoyed this amenity each time we visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back!"
