Cardwell Beachfront Motel

"Stayed two nights in the ocean view studio with a private balcony. Clean, spacious room and well-equipped kitchenette (except for no toaster) made for a comfortable stay. Clean bathroom with good shower. A selection of restaurants and groceries within walking distance and a great walk path along the ocean edge. Friendly and helpful owners."

"If you have to visit or stay in Ingham, this is the place. VERY highly recommend. Large 2 bedroom apartments with free shared laundry facilities. And pleasant outdoor areas. The host was very helpful. And helped me out with an error I made in my original booking. The apartment has everything you need and is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It is right on the highway and near the train line. But although ear plugs were provided, I didn’t find it noisy. In fact; it was very calm and peaceful. We had a ground floor unit and I could hear people walking around upstairs, so if I stayed again I would ask for an upper level room. Nevertheless I would definitely stay again (even if it is in a downstairs room). Really very excellent. You won’t be disappointed. (I would not recommend going to the cafe around the corner Bricks and pennies - it was terrible. But the Station Hotel is about 2 mins walk and was outstanding!)"

"The room was clean and well-maintained and had a view of the sea. However, thought the ad was slightly misleading, as it stated the room had a "Balcony", but we were given a ground-floor unit. Still, lovely place to stay for a night."
