"Everything was fine except the fire alarm going off at 7:30am and most of the breakfast items were very old and some fruit rotten. Breakfast wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I recommend eating elsewhere if you stay at this hotel."

"The room and facilities are very good. They dont take cash, which is annoying. The $33 breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bacon was overcooked and cold. The machine coffee was tiny. I ended up paying another $6 for a real one at the front counter. There is a drive in theatre next door which makes it horrible trying to get back into the carpark at night and on weekends they have markets."

"Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. It was like a mass produced IKEA dining but not as good.sausages and eggs always looked & tasted undercooked ,bacon appeared microwaved and hash browns only made an appearance on two of the six days stay"

"The staff were excellent. Our room with two double beds was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two children. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. My only gripe would be stained grouting in the bathroom but you see that everywhere except 5 star hotels (where they renovate every few years). All in all, excellent value, and a perfect location for those travelling from VIC to QLD."

"The location is great...just a few minutes walk to Westfield Parramatta, restaurants and the train and bus station. The breakfast buffet is good...the pastries are to die for, there's an abundance of fruits, the miso soup and kimchi are yum, the rice and the noodles can be improved though. Vee livens up the day, every day with a sincere welcome."

"Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged "

"I needed a hotel overnight in relatively close driving distance to Homebush. The staff at Gladius welcomed me. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette, KS bed and heaps of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and modernised, and even though it's on the corner of a main road, it was quiet. I would happily stay there again in future."
