We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Upon checking in, we were told they couldn't find our expedia reserevation. The front desk person tried hard to contact management and figure it out. In the mean time she tried to just get us in a room. She could see on my app that the room was paid for. The first room she took us to was dirty and the beds were not made. She then broght us to a second set of rooms and they were also not cleaned. she shared that they had some call outs from the employees and she was sorry. Finally we found a room that appeared to be clean. After unpacking, we noticed the floor was dirty and the toilet and bathtub were not cleaned. There was a screwdrivers under the mattress. We went and bought some cleaning supplies to clean our room. Over the next few days we had to keep getting or key cards redone because they would work. On the second to last day I spoke with someone at the front dest which happen to be the manager and she said "Yeah, we have been trying to figure out who has been staying in that room". I gave my name and number to the first lady we dealt with. No one tried to call us the entire time we were there. Staff members seemed to be partying out side every night we were there, using foul langage and just in general not being proffesional. We will not stay here again when visiting Blackwell.
