"The staff and hotel were nice and conveniently located. Our issue was with our room. It was NOT clean and there were no other rooms available due to a softball tournament. The shower had hair in the catch, BOOGERS on the wall, the towels were messed up as if they hadn’t been replaced, there was a coffee cup in the fridge, the floor had clearly not been mopped, an air freshener was left on the ledge, the ice bucket was UNDER the bed and everytime we moved it sounded as if the bed was going to...

"Dead cockroach on floor, tile floors had old spilt substance( housekeeping just finished for the day) mold on bathroom ceiling tiles. Breakfast started at 6:30 and toaster n counter covered in crumbs from day before. Even though I paid for 2 nights I left after 1 night. Had to drive 40 minutes to find another hotel with vacancy because of youth World Series. Trash cans outside overflowing. 0 out of 10"

"The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...
