"Clean Room and enough Parking space. The Reception opens at 15:00 so if you arrive early, you won’t be able to talk to someone personally. There’s a Grocery nearby. It’s just around 5 minutes from Europa Park and Rulantica."

"Eierspeisen verbesserungsbedürftig, Rühreier kalt und wohl mit Pulver zubereitet. Speck schwamm in Fett. Kaffee war etwas fade. Das Restaurant hingegen war sehr gut. Essen hat geschmeckt mit fairen Preisen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Im Übernachtungspreis sollte der SPA Besuch inkludiert sein. Ich empfand den SPA Bereich als sehr gelungen, jedoch sollte bald eine Renovierung anstehen. Die vielen Regeln stören den Besuch etwas. Vielleicht könnten die Regeln in einem Flyer im...

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very good with a comfortable bed and a view into the woodlands and lake at rear. Food was excellent at the restaurant and we would recommend the fixed price three course meal and local beer. Parking was free and easy. Would recommend this hotel."

"Apres m'avoir assuré 2 fois par téléphone en amont dans la semaine qu'un check-out tardif serait possible, on m'annonce le matin même qu'il faut quand même quitter la chambre plus tôt, pas de clim il faut se déplacer à la réception pour la faire activer, on ne peux pas choisir la température, serviettes pour une personne alors qu'on était deux, femmes de chambres qui entrent sans toquer ou s'annoncer à 7h30 puis 9h Refus de geste commercial, heureusement Expedia ont été plus conciliant"

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mit Bus und Tram war man in rund 15 min in der Innenstadt und selbst ein Uber hat nur 10-15€ gekostet. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel und das Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse absolut herausragend. Wir würden beim nächsten Besuch definitiv wiederkehren."

"Room was clean and i did take studio suite which was excellent, PS there were free drinks with beer, wine, cold drinks and juice with nuts and chocolates, by the way these will refilled next day if its finished all included if you book suite which was excellent. Beds were ok but they only provide single duvet which is a big let off."
