Requesting a full refund for 2 nights I spent spending at Mepas Mostar in horrible condition where I wasn't able to use the bathroom sink or toilette tink. Had to use the shower to wash hands and faced splashes.

"The hotel is clean and well located, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is extremely basic. It is definitely not a four-star hotel. The facilities are mediocre, and the rooms are very small. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the hotel does not live up to its advertised description.
Although parking is advertised, it consists of street parking that is difficult to access. If you’re unlucky, you may have nowhere to park your car.
I would not recommend staying here...

"We spent 2 nights here. We had a compact, recently renovated double with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. The parking is super convenient. Our room faced the parking area and sports club. The first night football games and maybe kids enjoying themselves lasted until late. It was a bit noisy. The 2nd night was quiet.
We spent a couple of hours reading in the garden during the heat of the day. It was very pleasant and overlooks the river.
The location is great--an easy walk to the old town,...

"Great location for your stay in Mostar, less than 5 minutes to the old town. Lovely view from the room although the road can be quite noisy.
Staff were incredibly friendly, I was delayed arriving and they responded quickly on WhatsApp.
Room is pretty basic but got everything that is needed. Shower was a bit dated and maybe a little dirty but worked fine.
Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mostar."

"This property is about a 10 minute walk from St. James church with two grocery stores, two bank machines and a DM location down the street. The owner was delightful and bent over backwards to help.
The rooms are small but very clean, with air conditioning and there is a continental breakfast from 8 am - 10 am in the mornings.
I felt safe and comfortable, especially since the other travellers included friars and priests.
Looking forward to visiting again."
