"Lincoln at the front desk was extremely fantastic and made sure we were taken care of. When we got to our room, it was on the first floor looking out at the parking lot. When I made my reservation through Expedia, I made sure to select a room with a water view. Lincoln was able to accommodate us with a water view without any issues, and we only waited 30 minutes for the new room to be ready. Our room had a balcony and it was absolutely perfect! We had the best view. I will request the same room for future stays. The complimentary s"mores were a great way to end the evening and an opportunity to talk with other guests at the fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our 2-night getaway. I highly recommend having dinner at Packers. We ate there both nights and the food is incredible! Charlotte was our waitress both nights and she was an amazing server and took great care of us and paid close attention to my daughter's food allergy when we made our menu selection.
We had the pool and hot tub mostly to ourselves both days. It was very relaxing!
