"Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight."

"The lady at the check in desk was so great we put the ac on in our room and left for a couple hours and the room cooled off but not that much the lady at the front desk switch our rooms no problem. I would recommend this hotel the pool was nice they have towels at the pool and the bar has entertainment if your there for a weekend."

"Property was perfectly located to the Pitt University Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center where we enjoyed the Motown Show. The staff was very helpful. Checkin was easy. Rooms were very clean. Free breakfast was great, too. Close to Walmart and restaurants. PJ"

"We were put in a room where the air conditioning did not work. When we brought this to their attention we were moved, yet it seemed like they were not surprised. We asked for an extra pillow and were told there should be one on the shelf of the closet, but there was only a blanket there. In our 2nd room there was also no extra pillow. There were not enough outlets in the room. The refrigerator, microwave, and tv were plugged into an extension cord. We struggled to find outlets to charge...

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "We will check in at 10:00 p.m. they give us a room we went there, it's already been occupied. Then we went to front desk they gave us another room at third floor it's also occupied. Finally we wait for the room to cleaned. Hallway an the room full of stinky smell. No toilet paper in washroom. Washroom light switch has loose connection, we left the light on for all night. Very uncomfortable stay"

"Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot."

"Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again."
