"It's in a really good spot for tourists but parking can be difficult. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast has a wide variety of things which was the same every day. Kids under a certain age are free for breakfast. They also do a promotion that you get a free drink at the bar if you decide ahead of time to skip the cleaners.We originally thought it was only one drink but it seemed like a free drink per person per day because we had 8 vouchers."
"From the moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly, attentive and warm. Hotel was spotless, rooms comfortable and cosy. We were upgraded which was a lovely start to our 3 night stay. "We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc.
We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset.
