"We absolutely fell in love with this place! Bungalows were impeccably clean, small but space effective. With three kids we appreciated having two bathrooms. Lovely surroundings with tall shady trees and flowery bushes. Great breakfast, we opted to add breakfast when booking. It is not a buffet but you can order anything and everything off the menu. "Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

The only thing to note is kitchen could have been equipped a little better and there were no toiletries, so make sure you bring your own. We appreciated the washer and had our own detergent. "Cute apartment with a beautiful view off the balcony. Walking distance from Makarska Beach with lots of restaurant options. Was difficult to find apartment originally as it is not very well marked and the gps took us to a slightly different location. But luckily locals are friendly! Overall very cute accommodation! "

"Ich wurde sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin Nada empfangen.Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl.Das Appartement war in einem Tadellosen gepflegten Zustand mit Küche, Geschirr,Kaffeemaschine und allem was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Haus aufs Meer ist grandios! Alles ist ruhig und das Haus umgeben von schönen Bäumen, Gärten. Zum Meer und Restaurants ist es fußläufig nicht sehr weit. "Only stayed one night but it was great. Loved the location, just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was comfortable and hosts were very nice. Would highly recommend, and stay here again."
