"This eccentric BnB is off the beaten path and quite delightful. No restaurants within walking distance, but there is a grocery store nearby, and our suite had a refrigerator and dishes. The property isn’t as tidy as in the photos, but it didn’t detract from our stay too much. The parking area is secured by a gate for which we received a clicker. Catherine served us breakfast each morning and it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The property had unique furniture items inside the hotel which added great appeal to the property. The room was ideal for a one night stay and was quiet at night. We appreciated the security gates. "The Hotel d' Amphitheatre is in the perfect location in Nimes. Our 3 night stay was just what we needed and the breakfasts were excellent. It's an easy walk from the railway station, close to sites, restaurants, bars and shops. The building is old and does not have a lift but Olivier was always happy to help carrying bags to and from rooms. Nimes was our favourite place during our recent trip through France. We look forward to visiting again and will definitely stay at Hotel d' Amphitheatre."
