From now on, when visiting San Antonio, I will start booking my hotel stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, and great customer service! Great amenities!"

"We had a bad check in experience after we were given our key card to our room, it was late at night and we go into our room and there were other guests sleeping in there which scared the crap out of me! Went back down to the front desk and told her what happened. She apologized and I don’t understand how they wouldn’t see that someone was in that room. They put us in another room, upgraded and gave us complimentary breakfast to apologize."

"Staff was great and hotel was in a good location. The room i stayed in smelled like mold and the bedframe I believe was broken."

"Room 104 stunk like smoke, the door had been kicked in or was not very secure. I gave feedback to the company and an employee contacted me right away to switch rooms. The room they gave us on the top floor was much better and cleaner. The property overall could be updated."
