"I have to give this property a 10+ rating. The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Marie at the front desk was amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and the bar staff were extremely friendly and made very good drinks. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to the area! Thanks for the great hospitality!!"

"Front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was a great experience and highly worth it. Excellent lattes and healthy options. The location is absolutely wonderful! The area of the city and Stephen’s Green directly across the street make this a nice quiet place to stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Our room was also nice and quiet. We didn’t hear guests coming and going during our stay. We are very pleased with the experience and would stay there...

"Property was fantastic with great amenities in room and out! I enjoyed that the rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff in the other hand did not feel welcoming. It felt routine and not much interaction from hotel staff to guest. I even asked about the shuttle a couple times because each time they were short with the answer and didn’t make the process clear."

"Location was perfect for touring Dublin and the nightlife. Felt safe as they locked the front door and only opened it to guests. Breakfast was good and competitively priced for what you received. Beds were very comfortable. Highly enjoyed our stay."

"Our bed was TERRIBLE we could feel every spring in the mattress. Breakfast buffet was OK, however every day was just a repeat of yesterday, nothing new, same thing every day. Would NOT recommend this hotel."

"The water pressure.. I miss it already. The room was actually big for European Standards. The shower was my favorite part of the room. I'm not sure if the water has a water softener but it felt great after walking around all day. Excellent location, maybe ten minute walk from shops and restaurants. Always felt safe. There's a convenience store across the hotel, we stopped to get water and snacks for the day. We found this helpful as well. The bed was comfortable as well"

"Big areas of black mould around the bathroom tiles, couple of holes that had been patched up, not good on the eye, towels only changed once on a three night stay and had to ask for toilet paper"
