"A hotel we have stayed at several times before. Sadly we arrived in heat wave at 2pm totally aware check in was 4pm but very polite check in staff said they would ask room to be made ready asap so I gave my phone number to be informed! ( Iā€™d hoped they had information from many previous visits) We walked around the town hoping for a phone call to get into the room maybe after half an hour of heat?!?! Sadly went to check in 4.05pm no one bothered to inform if room available but we were desperate to get out of heat both being old age pensioners. Otherwise room this time tiny with bathroom in a wardrobe configuration which was hopeless"
