"Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again"

"The staff was rude. They got mad that I got 2 cups of coffee the first day. So the next day I brought a bigger cup and that was unacceptable as well. That was bad but even worse there was no hot water. Then I went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. So I called with my cell phone and they hung up on me. The place is not in a good spot either. The heavy duty gate to the parking lot was my clue."

"Was initially a bit nervous to stay in a hotel of this style with my kiddo, however the property was clean, the gate worked and I felt safe. Rooms were clean, well stocked, shower water got hot with no problems. Plenty of parking and spaces are convenient, and I was able to park right in front of my window. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Other guests and residents were pleasant. Very affordable pricing by night and in the early check in and late checkout fees. I would recommend...

"Clean property"

"Normally, my stay has been pleasant in the past, but this time the room was not as clean due to the carpet needing cleaning. The room and linen was not as fresh as I would have like for it to have been. The entrance and lobby was presentable."

"Bed was uncomfortable very firm. Curtains were wore out to the point there were holes with room on street did not feel comfortable/safe."

"The rooms just need a refresh. The rooms felt old and like they went through water damage. Everything else was Awesome."

"Old building with charm, needs deep cleaning and new carpeting Everywhere. Plus front elevator was out and we had to walk to the back elevator each time to go up and down to our room. I am a disabled elderly lady at the age of 68.5 years of afe."

"No housekeeping, had to take out own trash, phone didn't work, had to go to the front desk to return dirty towels and get new ones. No pool no free breakfast. No real amenities at all to speak of."
