"This hotel looks very old but it’s not, giving it a lot of character. The staff was outstanding, each and every one. Our room was spacious and very clean. The location was awesome and pretty central, only steps to Museum Island and a tram stop. The property’s restaurant was also very good. We highly recommend!"

"Staff were fantastic. We stayed during the hottest weekend on record and although the A/C struggled it did keep the room temperature comfortable. Bar staff were extremely friendly."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. We loved the room with a small balcony. A small complain. our keys didn’t work because I was told the city taxes were not paid at the time of checking in. Of course it was paid otherwise you don’t get a key. They have a very slow hardware so the computer took us about 15 minutes to check us in. Staff was very pleasent and embarked for why the computer was so slow."

"Nice quirky hotel in a great location. No aircon so gladly it wasn’t too hot. Would have been useful for someone to show us to rooms and explain stuff.. Decent breakfast but limited choice however there are plenty of options nearby. Good cocktails in the bar."

Schon beim Check-in wurden wir positiv überrascht, da wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine kleine Suite erhalten haben. "A lovely hotel. Check-in was fast. There are enough lifts to take you to all floors quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to transport stops and walkable to some notable tourist attractions. The bar and restaurant are worth a visit and (once again) staff are very friendly in them. If I had any critism it would be the corporate design which makes the corridors long and dull."
