This place was great! Awesome location close to the trains and shopping/ restaurants. Loved the fact we could buy food at local market around the corner for quick breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying at other Adina apartments in other cities. Only one thing to improve on, the pillows , get firmer pillows :).

Our stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt was fabulous. We had a wonderful stay. The moment we walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff at reception we knew this was going to be an enjoyable stay. Let me say our room was huge with all the facilities you could want including a kitchen. The only thing they didn’t have was a laundry but we were not expecting it. Easy access, wide corridors and elevators. The breakfast was great value and well worth it. The staff were great. The location was very convenient with easy access to all public transport. Lots and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We could not have planned it any better. Overall our stay was fantastic. I will look out for other Adina Apartments in the future.

Spacious, clean room. I loved having the washer and dryer in the bathroom, which was also big and spacious, with plenty of room for my sisters and me to put our stuff. The balcony was nice to have, too. It was basically like staying in an apartment. The only thing I noticed was they didn’t have phones in the rooms to contact front desk staff. I had ordered an ergonomic neck pillow to borrow but no one ever brought it. It wasn’t a huge deal to me, and everything else was great. I also appreciated having our parents room right next to ours. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Great location too,

Great apartment hotel near Hackescher Markt and metro/tram/bus all within a few minutes. Our studio was very spacious and has basic cooking essentials for cooking. Market was around the corner, which was super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and super convenient to sightsee Berlin.

Great 1 bedroom apartment with enough space that 2 adults felt not crowded. Would have preferred if there were directions on how to use the stove & microwave/convection oven (but there's google). Free wash pods at the lobby desk if you need to do laundry. A small grocery (Rewe) & bakery literally steps away from front door, and larger Kaufhaus grocery 5 min walk away. S-Bahn is steps away going on the main line E-W, plus the trolley to points east around the corner. Multiple U-Bahn lines (& bus lines) within a 5-10 min walk. Hackesher Markt has tons of places to eat & shop, too.

Were there on holiday which happened to coincide with German Cup weekend. Transport links were excellent being next to the trams and near subway at alexanderplatz. As for the place itself, room was excellent with good bathroom and kitchen and nice bed. Sauna was great, gym was small but did the job, enough cardio equipment Would stay here again, everything i need and near the center of Berlin

The only problem was the carpet: it looks awful and needs to be replaced. The 3rd floor corridor is the worse thing. The smell of the cleaning products proves that it is maintained but the stains are bad. But, when in the room, everything is perfect for a couple in Berlin without a car. Location is perfect and the staff was first class.

This was my second stay this year at this property. The staff at reception is professional and very nice. The cost was significantly higher and in muy view it is too high for a hotel that provides room service only after 3 days. Finished are standar. I found the bed not comfprtable and the pillows are lumpy and past their best by date. Unfortunatley the communiction was not great. Tre are no phones the rooms. To communicate withthe front desk you use an app. My messages were not returned despite the fact I confirmed they had been received. On mu final night I asked for a wake up call for the next morning. I did not get one. Also Saturday night at 11:30 I went to the reception. I waited 10 minutes but no one was there. The door to the offices was wideopenand people were comingin from the street.

The stay was comfortable and the room was decent. Just one thing that I did now like and it sort of stayed with me was that a staff member named Anjali at the reception was a bit rude to me during checkout. Other than her in particular, rest of the staff that I interacted with was good.
