The only problem was the carpet: it looks awful and needs to be replaced. The 3rd floor corridor is the worse thing. The smell of the cleaning products proves that it is maintained but the stains are bad. But, when in the room, everything is perfect for a couple in Berlin without a car. Location is perfect and the staff was first class.

Great apartment hotel near Hackescher Markt and metro/tram/bus all within a few minutes. Our studio was very spacious and has basic cooking essentials for cooking. Market was around the corner, which was super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and super convenient to sightsee Berlin.

Excellent location (very close to Hackescher Markt station, restaurants, grocery store, apothecary). Virtually no train noise with windows closed. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Very clean apartment. Comfortable bed, great amenities - washer and dryer in room; large closet in bedroom; kitchen with cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (note that there is no freezer compartment). Good Wi-Fi for streaming. Well-equipped gym. While our room had a balcony, it was far too small to be usable and only had one chair.

Stark verschmutzter und verkalkter Duschkopf. Ein Austausch erfolgte, jedoch gegen erneut verschmutztes und technisch mangelhaftes Exemplar, aus dem das Wasser unkontrolliert spritzte. Deutlich verschmutzter Teppichboden mit Brand- und Schmutzflecken. Sichtbare Staubablagerungen hinter dem Bett, die auf längere Zeit unterlassene Reinigung schließen lassen. Abgegriffene und deutlich verschlissene Möbelstücke. Entgegen der Leistungsbeschreibung fand keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung statt. Ich musste frische Handtücher sowie Toilettenpapier selbst an der Rezeption abholen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Dies ist leider der einzie positive Aspekt, den ich persönlich hervorheben kann. Die Standards die ich an ein Hotel in dieser Sternekategorie habe und meines Erachtens erwarten kann wurde nicht erfüllt. Sauberkeit ist im Grundsatz von jeder Hotelkategorie zu erwarten.

Mycket rymligt och trevligt för oss som var en familj på en vuxen och två tonåringar. Plus med stort kylskåp och möjlighet att laga mat och att det finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare, även om vi den här gången inte utnyttjade något av det. I stort sett rent men duschen kunde ha ägnats mer tid åt. Precis bredvid S-bahnstationen Hackescher markt som ligger bra till för att ta sig till många olika delar av Berlin. Trevlig marknad på torget några dagar per vecka och många bra restauranger att välja mellan i närheten. Det är stor chans att vi bokar samma hotell om vi besöker Berlin igen.

Super placeret hotel tæt på både seværdigheder og offentlig transport – og i gåafstand til Alexanderplatz, hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt. Værelset var stort og rent og havde et lille køkken, så man nemt kunne lave kaffe og te eller lidt let mad. Personalet var søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme hele vejen igennem. Parkeringen i kælderen er tryg og bekvem – om end lidt dyr. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, som vi klart kan anbefale.
