Cari Cottage di Blocton Barat

"Shower could use updating"

"The first room smelled like smoke, had no shower curtain, no towels, and was dirty. They moved us to another room, it smelled like mildew, the towels were dirty and wet, and the beds smelled and were damp. They had no more rooms available. Expedia tried to help, but disconnected our chat without coming to a conclusion. We had to find another hotel. We went back the next day and the owners said they’d fully refund us, but we have heard nothing since from the hotel nor Expedia. Terrible experience...

"Awesome"

"Clean"

"The property was nice and clean. The check in person was rude or maybe they were having a bad day, The room had a very bad musty smell and the hair dryer didn’t work. The check out person the next morning was very nice."
