"The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit"

"There is no lake view from any room. They supposedly "remodeled" & there are NO = ZERO jacuzzi tubs or so called private hot tubs. When I arrived to check out the jacuzzi tub room I had rented... There was a simple bathtub I think wiťh my knees bent to my chin I might fit in. When I questioned the Super 8 employee he answered "It is a tub that you can fill with hot water =private hot tub." My jaw dropped to the floor and upon regaining my composure I politely asked for a refund for false...

"I expected a much higher level of finish for the room, but it was certainly worked on and stayed in and it showed quite a bit. Couch had stains, walls showed patches, bathroom floor needs a better cleaning job... Just mid for what I paid. "

"This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay.
