"Room was comfortable and very clean. The decor is a bit dated but not worn and was very clean. No elevator for the second floor, but it worked out fine. Needed 2 rooms and they reserved 2 rooms across the hall from each other for us. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. I would stay here again if in the area."

"Loved the tropical theme interior..very helpful & friendly staff…we could hear the conversations of our neighbors next door..they supply ear plugs lol seriously…breakfast seemed to be bought from the freezer section at Krogers. Honest review..Overall a good experience in spite of the issues mentioned.."

"This place is a "hidden gem" and definitely deserves a higher rating than the 7.6 at the Hotels.com website. The rooms we booked were immaculate, and contained everything a traveler might need. The beds were comfortable, air-conditioning-powerful, and the premise was very quiet. The showers (we booked two rooms) had ample hot water with excellent pressure. There were numerous options for wonderful full dining experiences within a 5 to 10 minutes drive (a McDonald's is right next door if you need a quick breakfast!) The staff was pleasant and check-in/check-out was done quickly and efficiently. This will be my "go-to" place for every time I visit Chillicothe."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Mulberry. Even though the staff is not on the grounds, they will answer a short email very quickly They provide the door codes via text, The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower & there is a small fridge in the room. The front lobby has plastic bags to put inside your room ice bucket, a large scoop to get ice from the ice machine, a pop & water vending machine. The front lobby also has coffee cups and a good selection of coffee. It’s located 12 miles outside of Hocking Hills State Park, which is where we went hiking during the day. I would recommend the Mulberry and I would stay here again if I was in the area"

"We had a wonderful experience because of the staff at this holiday and location. Jessica at the check-in desk was very hospitable from the very beginning and very warm and welcoming. Gus, who was managing the breakfast buffet, went above and beyond from any other staff member at a hotel breakfast we have ever met before. He checked on all of the customers and made sure that everything was incredibly clean and well cared for."
