"The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean. The carpet was very worn and should have been replaced years ago. The duvet covers were super heavy. I have no idea how anyone could sleep under that. The sheets. Oh dear. Every sheet and pillowcase had worn out holes in them and some looked like a motorcycle ran them over (they must have been cooked to death in the dryer)....

"We actually did not even stay here. They had plug in air fresheners in the lobby, in all the hallways and in the rooms. I am very allergic to things with fragrance and had a migrane by the time we got to our room. We left immediately and had to get another hotel room."

"Great location…clean room, staff friendly….Hallways are pretty dark, a woman traveling alone it was something I noticed I right away. Very nice complimentary breakfast. "

"This little gem has become my favorite stay at The Woodlands. The location really can’t be beat. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to Waterway Square. I love their indoor pool. There’s a cute little courtyard with a fire pit. Considering all of the amenities, the price is great. Also free hot breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the jalapeño egg soufflé. The staff at this location is particularly nice as well. I always get great service when I check in. Everyone is super friendly. "
