"We had a great stay at Jako Hotel in Sarandë. The hotel is modern and well equipped, with clean and comfortable rooms and excellent soundproofing. The beds were fairly comfortable, and we loved the beautiful sea view from our balcony. Parking is included, which is very convenient. The staff were kind, helpful, and flexible — even allowing a late check-in without any problem. The wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) was spotless and a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. "Our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was a 5 minute walk down to the ocean/restaurant and beach bars. The included breakfast was also delicious. Great stay!"

"The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people. "

"Nice hotel close to the sea. Excellent pools that don’t get too busy and easy access to loungers. Decent bar and good food for lunch/dinner. Breakfast is limited in variety. Some excellent staff (Matty is a legend!). Area (not the hotel) is a little dirty - roads congested, parking is the Wild West, pavements blocked, lots of litter. Area is clearly still adjusting to being a holiday destination. But back to hotel - very comfortable and lots to recommend it."
