"The holes were terribly filthy with all kinds of trash and filled trash cans. There was no hot water in our room. It was also very difficult to figure out how to operate the shower. The Wi-Fi only worked with phones and not computer, computers or iPads. The television only showed very very fuzzy images. The shuttle to the airport was frightening. The windshield was cracked from one side to the other, the seatbelts didn’t work, and the driver was not driving safely. Normally this room I think...

"I called the hotel before leaving Miami and asked would the shuttle be running when I arrived at midnight? the answer I got was YES sir. When we arrived I called the same number and was told there is no shuttle service take a cab. the cab cost $40.00 plus tip."

"This hotel is in need of a renovation! The carpet in the rooms is so old it felt dirty. The number on the Hotel call list at the airport didn’t work so I called the number listed with the hotel name on the board. Got an answering machine that apparently no one listens to… finally looked up the hotel number through google on my phone to get the front desk. Waited over a hour for the courtesy van. I could have walked there in less than 30 min."

"It was a great location. It was very small but nice enough to sleep in. We did have issues with the door lock battery constantly saying it was going low and the staff forgetting to fix it and the shower temperature not adjusting but overall it was a decent place to stay"

"Watch out for the energy savings switch. About 1 am the power to all the rooms in building are cut off without warning. We use cpap medical devices and they just stopped. Couldn't find alternative sockets. Called front desk to complain and they came up and explained. No sleep that night and had early flight out. Most stupid expensive experience."

"This hotel was comically awful. The shower head was black taped on & missing half of it. The vent in the bathroom had no cover on it. The beds were horrible as the bases must’ve been broken. When you moved the beds squeaked. We had to shove the door open when trying to get into the room. The staff individual that checked us in was the only highlight of the entire property. This should’ve been about a $5 night stay. The absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed."

"Breakfast was quick & easy. Had free airport pickup available & was able to get a shuttle to the cruise port without any problems."

"The bed was not that comfortable. They didn't have change for the washer and dryer. They left a new person to man the desk after only 3 days of training. Very unprofessional."
